Suddenly a girl came and sat down on my bench. And considering the fact that my timer was still sitting on it was a pretty good indication that I was in fact, still using it. Thanks. That’s all I have to say about that.

And last (and I promise I hate to complain)… there was the muscle guy beside me grunting through his entire workout. What puzzled me the most was that he wasn’t really a muscle guy at all… in fact he was lifting less weight than I was but clearly wanted to draw attention his way. Dude, you don’t sound cool.

Did I allow these distractions to stop my exercise routine? No… I thought about it, but instead I decided to take a deep breath, remind myself of why I workout and how I would feel if I gave up early.
